Kinetic Stretching is a movement enhancement system that focuses on developing maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Every movement is a sum of multiple joint interactions. Think about mobility training as strength training for your joints. Healthy joints leave usable flexibility and body control unlocked. Kinetic Stretching is an injury mitigation practice and preventative healthcare at work in your fitness routine.

TRX-STC

TRX is a total body workout, ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Use your own body weight in this multi-faceted, suspension training course to improve your personal fitness level. This unique training modality is used by athletes and novice exercisers alike. Come see what the buzz is all about and join us in a heart pounding, calorie burning routine!

 

TRX-FTC

In this TRX course, you will build on the baseline standards from the traditional Suspension Training Course. Ballistic training techniques, combined with foundational movement methodology, will be utilized as you explore different training modalities such as kettlebells, heavy ropes, Rip Trainers, sleds, and more in these circuit-based routines.

Bags’n’Bells

Exercise should be fun, not just effective. Sandbag and Kettlebell training are unique modalities that enhance the execution of your daily movement requirements. Basic principles in biomechanics, neurological & physiological pathways, and joint interaction will be applied throughout the program.
