Members must fulfill their contract before cancelling their account. If you are still in a commit, please freeze your account if you are not ready to return.
All cancel request are to be approved by the manager. If you have moved more than 25 miles away, you must submit proof of move if you are in a contract. If you are cancelling due to medical reasons, we must receive a doctors note if you are in a contract.
Please be advise, if you cancel you are not locked into your current monthly rate.
