Is a fitness class that marries muscle toning and lengthening, with strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone; while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.

Classic Pilates
develops core abdominal and back strength by working from the inside out, helping you build strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints.

PT Reformer
Fifty minutes of group training incorporating the reformer. A mix of strengthening, toning, and burning calories while elongating and stretching your muscles.

I have been a member of Quest for a few years; that alone comments on the quality of this gym. The price is comparative to other gyms, but Quest does not have the same corporate vibe to it. Their staff is always friendly and available to assist you, the gym is immaculate, and the machines are well maintained.
