Group Fitness Class Policies
  • The purpose of a warm-up is to prevent injuries. For this reason, please do not enter class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • The purpose of a cool-down is to stretch those muscles that were worked during class. It is recommended that everyone stretch after class. If you cannot stay for cool-down, please take it upon your self to stretch.
  • Please wear proper attire and shoes to class.
  • All classes are group fitness classes. Please do not create your own routine during class.
  • Please be considerate, do not enter studio(s) before previous class has ended.
  • Place all belongings in locker rooms.
  • Please clean bikes after each spinning class.
  • Basic Members: Class Fee $5.00
  • ($) Indicates extra for Group PT Classes.
 
HIT - Hardcore Interval Training - Intense fast paced classes taught by certifited personal trainers, up to 45 minutes in length. These classes are comparable to an "Insanity" workout.
