| Group Fitness Class Policies |
- The purpose of a warm-up is to prevent injuries. For this reason, please do not enter class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- The purpose of a cool-down is to stretch those muscles that were worked during class. It is recommended that everyone stretch after class.
If you cannot stay for cool-down, plesae take it upon your self to stretch.
- Please wear proper attire and shoes to class.
- All classes are group fitness classes. Please do not create your own routine during class.
- Please be considerate, do not enter studio(s) before previous class has ended.
- Place all belongings in locker rooms.
- Please clean bikes after each spinning class.
- You must sign up for classes 1 hour before or up to class time.
- ($) Indicates extra for Group PT Classes.
