Group Fitness Class Policies
  • The purpose of a warm-up is to prevent injuries. For this reason, please do not enter class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • The purpose of a cool-down is to stretch those muscles that were worked during class. It is recommended that everyone stretch after class. If you cannot stay for cool-down, please take it upon your self to stretch.
  • Please wear proper attire and shoes to class.
  • All classes are group fitness classes. Please do not create your own routine during class.
  • Please be considerate, do not enter studio(s) before previous class has ended.
  • Place all belongings in locker rooms.
  • Please clean bikes after each spinning class.
  • Basic Members: Class Fee $10.00
  • ($) Indicates extra for Group PT Classes.
 
Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Buff and Balanced: This is the ultimate conditioning workout, using equipment like the BOSU, barbell, resistance bands and dumbbells, as well as calisthenics with light cardio intervals. You will define every muscle in this class!

Core Fusion: Put the spotlight on the powerhouse of the body – your abs and back! Stretch, strengthen and chisel away your mid-section for a solid core!

Fitness Fusion: Each week, this class will focus on 3 different types of workouts, pulling routines from kiQboxing, step aerobics, HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance training, body sculpting, abs & BOSU exercises. The combination of ways to look & feel powerful is endless!

KiQbox & Condition: A Quest original! A combination of cardio, boxing and strength work providing a total body workout which aims to improve aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

Muscle Max: No jumping required! 60 minutes of strictly strength training to challenge your body using hand weights, barbells, resistance bands, the BOSU and stability balls. Leave no muscle untouched!

Pilates: This mat workout is based on techniques which include concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.

Pilates Strength Fusion: This athletic-based class blends classic Pilates with traditional strength and barre body challenges using a variety of equipment including body bars, weights, fitness circles, mini fitness balls and gliders. You’ll hit your core, upper and lower body and glutes!

POUND®: Rockout. Workout. A total body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This infectious workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. “Drum” your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Spinning: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes you on a 60-minute stationary but sweaty ride!

Spinning Express: Another sweaty ride that kicks your butt in 45 minutes as opposed to the 60-minute ride offered in Spinning. Short on time? With this class, that’s not a valid excuse!

Step & Pump: Get the best of both worlds: 60 minutes of athletic step aerobics and body sculpting to scorch away the fat and carve out muscle!

Yoga: A spiritual discipline including breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body, enhance your balance and stability and leave you feeling stronger and more centered. Namaste!

Zumba®: This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor!

Zumba® Toning: The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks of light weights helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged. Maraca-like Toning Sticks enhance your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones including arms, core & lower body!
