|I have been a member of Quest for a few years; that alone comments on the quality of this gym. The price is comparative to other gyms, but Quest does not have the same corporate vibe to it.
Their staff is always friendly and available to assist you, the gym is immaculate, and the machines are well maintained. I have worked with the trainers for over a year, and while training is a considerable investment, it was the motivation I needed to make serious changes to my health and body.
The trainer I worked with is hands down the reason I have achieved my goals. She went out of her way to keep me motivated to come in to the gym when we did not have appointments, discussed nutrition choices with me, and gave me the confidence to up the weight and try new exercises I never expected to be able to do.
It was a great feeling to see my health and body change while accomplishing more than I had expected to. In addition to the training, Quest has created the H.I.T. (Hardcore Interval Training) classes in addition to their regular class schedule. The H.I.T. classes are taught by the personal trainers and are intense. They are challenging and appropriate for all because you have the ability to go at your own pace.
Quest really gives you the best bang for your buck combined with a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and well-stocked, clean facilities. By far the best gym around.
||I've been working out for several years now, primarily taking classes and using the machines at the gym but I still wasn't getting the results I was hoping for until I started training with Kevin. Kevin is an excellent trainer, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has been able to create a training program specific to my goals while being able to work around my injuries.
I've trained with trainers in the past but Kevin's enthusiasm, motivation, and knowledge in fitness and nutrition has brought me faster results than ever before.
I can't wait to see how much stronger, healthier and better I look as the training continues! I look forward to my training time and consider myself lucky to have found him.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who is just starting out or looking to take their workout to the next level.

||My son's wedding was approaching and I wanted to look good in the pictures. Of course I also wanted to improve me health, feel stronger and all that, but the real reason was that
I wanted to look good. I contacted Sonia about a personal trainer. I'd been a member of the gym for a while, but thought that with a personal trainer I could achieve my goal more quickly than I could on my own. Deana and I hit it off right away. She designed a program for me that pushed me beyond my comfort zone. We talked about food choices and the wedding details while we worked and it was so much fun. Deana motivated me to do my workout even on the days we didn't have our sessions. I was working out and sweating and enjoying it!
Friends noticed the difference and complimented me. I still go to the gym every day and I still do the exercises Deana showed me. My son's wedding was a most perfect day. And yes, thanks to Deana, I looked Fabulous!

What a workout! Never disappointed! I have been taking Dennis' classes for several years now and if I could his class everyday, I would. His workouts are fun, challenging and hit all the major muscle groups, including a few that I didn't know I had! it is a different class every time, and integrates cardio, kick boxing, punching, classic boxing techniques, calisthenics, agility and the kitchen sink! I am in great physical condition. And it is easy to maintain when classes are so enjoyable!
You will never get bored. Boxing by Dennis is all you need!|
